Our website does not have a store available but it is possible to purchase our products by and filling out a small form, located in the shop section. ​

After receiving all the data, in 24 hours we’ll respond with the summary and total value of the order so that you can proceed to payment in an easy, fast and secure way.

Payment Methods

In order to make the payment in a secure way, we have two methods: 

MBWay and Bank Transfer

Payment details are sent in response to your order.

Shipping

Our products are packed in a personalized box and are delivered by CTT – Correios de Portugal.

Warranty

Our products don’t wave warranty but we are committed to assistance.

Returns and Refunds

We don’t accept returns or refunds. We assure that every products that leave our shop are working in perfect conditons.

If the packaging is damaged, you must inform us so that we can activate the transport insurance, in which case Figuli Ceramics covers all return costs.

Privacy Policy

Figuli Ceramics is solely responsible for managing the website, so we are committed to ensuring the privacy of the data collected.

We only collect the data transmitted to us by filling in the order form, so this data is not saved or used for campaign or other actions.

However, it is not possible to eliminate all risks related to data security.
